Furnace Clean and Check
Our furnace clean and check service includes a comprehensive inspection and maintenance of your furnace to ensure it is running safely and efficiently. During this service, we will:
- Clean the burners and combustion chamber.
- Inspect the heat exchanger for cracks or corrosion.
- Check and adjust the blower belt.
- Verify proper ignition and flame sensor operation.
- Inspect the flue system and chimney.
- Clean the air filter.
- Check the thermostat for accuracy.
A/C Clean and Check
Our AC clean and check service includes a comprehensive inspection and maintenance of your AC unit to ensure it is running safely and efficiently. During this service, we will:
- Clean the evaporator and condenser coils.
- Check the refrigerant levels and recharge if needed (extra).
- Inspect the electrical components and wiring.
- Verify proper operation of the fan motor and blades.
- Clean the air filter.
- Check the thermostat for accuracy.
- Inspect for any leaks.
The price of our Service Agreement is for the clean and check service only and does not include filters, belts, or any parts or materials.
The clean and check tune-up service provided under this Service Agreement is limited to up to 45 minutes of service per unit, as determined by the technician. During this time, the technician will perform a comprehensive inspection and maintenance of your furnace and/or AC unit to ensure it is running safely and efficiently.
Additional services may be required if the technician encounters any issues or requires more time to complete the clean and check service. If additional services are required, the customer will be informed and given a detailed estimate before any additional work is performed.
